This WE.TEA. was created for the first World Tea Gathering in Iceland. This matcha is inspired by the summer of Iceland - with a dawn moon that shares the morning sky with the sun. The romance of the two heavenly bodies light up the natural world with a rare spectrum of colour and energy.

Dawn Moon can be used for both thin (usucha) and thick tea (koicha). It is a versatile matcha perfect for people who travel, spreading the green beam, with minimal tea tools. With this one tea, you can prepare thin or thick tea with confidence that people’s first sip will turn into a fond matcha memory.
