‘House’ ・Organic・Thin Tea/Usucha grade
House Matcha has a fresh, balanced, wholesome flavour and clean soft mouthfeel. It is produced by the GGAP certified Nippon Cha farm in Kagoshima from the ‘saemidori’ cultivar of camellia sinensis. It is Ichibancha (first spring harvest), and was fully shaded prior to picking. From there the leaf was processed to tencha and slowly, carefully stone-ground, producing this lovely soft tea.
As the name suggests, it is the ideal tea for all your regular drinking needs as well as for keiko.
